The 2018 Toronto Rotaract Host Organizing Committee has bundled together events from Thursday, June 21, 2018 - Saturday, June 23, 2018 to offer a reduced cost when they are purchased together. The 2018 Rotaract (PRECONVENTION ONLY) Social Event Package includes access to the following events:
Thursday, June 21, 2018: Welcome to Summer
Includes entrance to the Madison Avenue Pub and appetizers only. This is an all-ages event, and alcohol will only be sold to those 19 years of age and older as of June 21, 2018. If you are not yet 19 years old, we look forward to you joining us and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Friday, June 22, 2018: One Starry Night
IIncludes entrance to Uniun Nightclub for a special event with internationlly acclaimed electronic dance music DJ Sander van Doorn. This event is open to individuals 19 years of age and older. Drinks are not included but will be available for purchase. It is mandatory that you have valid, Government-issued, photo identification to enter this venue. For this event, it is likely that a dress-code will be in effect - Dress Stylish (no hats, no baggy jeans, no athletic shoes, no timberlands and no sportswear).
Saturday, June 23, 2018: Rotaract 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner
Includes a three-course dinner, one-drink ticket, and entertainment at the Chelsea Hotel in Toronto. This is an all-ages event. Drink tickets can be used for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, IDs will be checked and only those 19 years of age and older will be served alcohol. Additional drinks will be available for purchase. It is mandatory that you have valid, Government-issued, photo identification to be served alcohol. While there is no strict dress-code for this event, we recommend semi-formal to formal wear depending on your comfort level.

Can I purchase these events à la carte?
Yes, if you do not want to purchase these events in a package, you may purchase them à la carte. You can find the individual event descriptions and their corresponding registration buttons on the event page of our website.
What's the refund policy?
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Cancellations are allowable until 30 days before the event occurs. In the case of packaged events, 30 days refers to the date of the FIRST event in that package. Cancellation requests made within 30 days of the start of the event/package must be made through the 2018 Rotaract Host Organizing Committee (2018 Rotaract HOC) by email. Refunds will be paid at the discretion of the 2018 Rotaract HOC Chairperson and will only be paid if the project breaks-even financially. All refund payments will be processed no later than August 31, 2018.
If a refund is granted for cancellations requests made within 30 days of the start of the event/package, a $25.00 (CAD) fee will apply.
