Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) in collaboration with the Texas External Quality Review Organization (EQRO) is pleased to announce this year’s Fall Quality Forum.
Each health plan participating in Texas Medicaid and CHIP is invited to send members of their staff. The intended audience of this forum is health plan leadership, medical directors, quality staff, and others involved in improving care and service. There is no registration fee for the event. Staff from Texas Health and Human Services Commission and Texas EQRO will also be in attendance.
This year's forum is a two day event. It will include a half day session on 9/11 (1:00pm-4:00pm) followed by a Welcome Reception (4:45pm-7:00pm) along with a full meeting day on the 12th (8:00am-3:30pm). Each health plan is alotted seven seats, any requests beyond this will be accomodated on a first come first serve basis.

Credit: The University of Florida College of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
We are currently applying for continuing education units to offer at the forum (CNEs)- details will be posted on the registration page upon approval.
UPON APPROVAL: In order to receive credit for CNE/CME you must sign-in for each session attended, complete and return each activity evaluation, and sign-out/complete attendance verifcation form.
Attendance must be verified in order to receive full credit.
