Is there a group rate for conference attendees at Caesars Palace?
Yes, special group room rates at Caesars Palace are: $139 USD per night Sunday May 26 through Thursday May 30. Book today as these rates are limited quantity. To get these reduced rates make your reservation online. You can also call 1-866-227-5944 to make your reservation and identify your affiliation with the "Gambling & Risk Taking Conference" (Group code SCUIG9). Please note there is an additional fee $15 USD (plus tax) for telephone reservations. These reduced rates will expire on April 26, 2019, so please book early. Additional fees (added to your room account upon check-in) are a reduced daily resort fee of $30 per day and 13.38% Clark County room tax (this reduced resort fee rate only applies to rooms booked at the reduced conference rates).
Is there a reduced registration rate for presenters?
Yes, look for the special access code in your presenter acceptance letter to access this reduced rate ($625 USD - available until April 26, 2019).
What does my registration fee include?
Your registration includes your attendace at all conference sessions, a welcome reception on the evening of May 27, breakfast and lunch May 28 - 30, and the conference dinner on the evening of May 29. If you would like to bring an additional guest to the welcome reception and conference dinner, you can purchase an extra ticket for your guest for $75 USD (this does include their attendance or meals at any other times).

What is the refund policy?
Cancellations can be requested up until April 26, 2019 and, if accepted, you will be refunded 85% of your ticket price. No refunds available after April 26, 2019.
