Join us on Thursday, November 15th from 6:30 - 8:30 P.M. for a panel discussion and resource fair regarding the Third Party Transfer, or TPT, program.
Representatives from the following City agencies and service providers will be on hand to assist property owners with questions about tax liens, foreclosure proceedings, water bills, outstanding taxes, emergency repair (ERP) charges, building violations, and much more:
Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD)
Department of Finance (DOF)
Department of Buildings (DOB)
Office of Administrative Trials & Hearings (OATH)
There will be a panel discussion, including an opportunity for the public to submit written questions, from 6:30-7:30, and service providers and agency representatives will be on hand to assist homeowners throughout the evening from 6-8:30.
Doors open at 6pm. Panel is from 6:30-7:30. Service providers will be tabling until 8:30.
NOTE: Capacity is limited and admission to the panel is on a first come, first serve basis. Please come early to ensure entry and seating.
