The final 2018 meeting of the St. Louis Area Regional Commission on Homelessness (SLARCH) will take place on Tuesday, November 27th, 2018 8:30-3:00pm at St Louis University
By participating in this one-day convening, you will help move the SLARCH forward into its first full calendar year of operation.
During the morning:
Members will present out accomplishments from the inception of this initiative in early 2017.
Data Committee leaders will demo the Data Dashboard, filled with data from the four participating Continuums of Care -- a key tool to ensure that SLARCH is data-informed and its planning driven by regional data and national evidence.
Regional Services Committee leaders will describe ways that integration has been undertaken, and expected results
The Cloudburst consulting team will offer its perspectives on this process, which is not found elsewhere in the US
Cloudburst will lead a Priority Setting exercise using local data and experiential input to help the group identify significant priorities for further action, including prioritizing a single issue to work on in early 2019.
In the afternoon:
The Leadership Council will convene for a Boot Camp and the two Committees join up for interactive Data Maturity Training.
The final convening will summarize next steps for the Regional Commission's work as it moves forward into 2019.
