Over a year ago, a young woman who came to this class wrote to Ashley, the presenter, to share her experience. She was trying to exercise more, specifically by starting to go to the gym, but was having difficulty (as many of us have when we try to change something!). A few months after the class, this is what she shared:
"I attended a class on 'Change'. This topic was a great fit for me. After Ashley's presentation, I applied her suggestions and to this day, continue with them! I set my goals, took the steps needed for a favorable outcome and have been consistently achieving the "change" I set out to accomplish... Ashley is authentic, knowledgeable and cares about your unique personal success!"
More about this class: No one is expected to share or talk unless they want to participate. Participation is welcome, but it is not necessary. Depending on the amount of participation, the class is anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes. Ashley Belsinger, M.S. of Paragon Life Coaching is facilitating the class. The class is limited to six people. Registration/purchasing a ticket is required in advance.
