The MANDATORY Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) training covers workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation and abusive conduct and complies with AB1825 (training for “supervisors”), AB1661, (allowing local agencies to require employees receive training), and SB 1343 (training for "nonsupervisory" employees).
The 2-hour session will be provided by Shaw Law Group—a local law firm with extensive experience training public sector employees on EEO matters. We are confident the MANDATORY training session will be entertaining and provide lasting benefits for everyone.
This mandatory training has a required duration of 2 HOURS. Do not be late or plan to leave early!
