You can prevent prescription drug misuse of unused or expired drugs by properly disposing of them in the Mt. Pleasant PD prescription drug take-back box. Then, join us for an overdose prevention training by professional from the Charleston County Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Services better known as the Charleston Center. You will be educated on Opioids and learn how to recognize the signs of an overdose, the steps to administrating Narcan nasal spray, and how to save a life.
