Damon Minchella (born 1 June 1969 in Ince-in-Makerfield, Lancashire) is an English bass guitarist, formerly with Ocean Colour Scene, which he left in 2003. He was replaced by Andy Bennett.He was a regular member of Paul Weller's backing band until 2008,[1] is a member of the supergroup The Players and played for The Who during their performance at the Live 8 concert in Hyde Park.

Minchella currently plays with The Family Silver with former Weller drummer Steve White[2] and Oasis guitarist Matt Deighton. In October 2012 he was to enter the studio with Richard Ashcroft for his fifth solo album.[3]
