Gmina Oborniki ?l?skie is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Trzebnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Oborniki ?l?skie, which lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) west of Trzebnica, and 22 kilometres (14 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wroc?aw.

The gmina covers an area of 153.75 square kilometres (59.4 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 20,261.
