Government Property Agency (Chinese: ) or GPA is an agency under the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Formed in April, 1990, the Agency manages the government properties which were distributed among Government Secretariat, Lands Department, and Rating and Valuation Department.

Introduction

The Government Property Agency was formed in April 1990. Its main functions are to meetthe needs of all bureaux and departments for joint-user generaluse offices and quarters; to manage government properties efficientlyand cost effectively and to optimize the use of government sitesand properties.
