Joseph A. Salazar (born 1971/72) is a former Democratic member of the Colorado House of Representatives, serving from 2013 to early 2019. Salazar is also an attorney with Smith, Shelton, Ragona and Salazar LLC. He focuses on employment law, civil rights and constitutional law.[1]

He ran for Colorado Attorney General in the 2018 election but lost in the primary to fellow Democrat Phil Weiser.[2]
