TTEC is an American Customer Experience as a Service (CXaaS) company headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, United States which was founded by Kenneth D. Tuchman in 1982.[3] As of 2019, TTEC has over 51,000 employees, operating in 22 countries.[4] Annual revenue for 2019 was reported at $1.644 billion[5].

History

The company was founded in 1982 by Kenneth D. Tuchman, who is the company's chairman and CEO.[6] In 1986, the company moved to Sherman Oaks, California.

By 1995, it had added call centers in other states. In 1996 it completed its IPO.[7]

In 2010, acquired an 80 percent stake in the management consulting firm Peppers & Rogers Group.[8]

In 2018, TeleTech announced its name change to TTEC.

In 2020, TTEC acquired intelligent automation CX provider Serendebyte[9] and Amazon Web Services partner VoiceFoundry[10].
