Ergatocracy (from the Greek word ?, ergates, "worker" and the suffix -cracy, "government") is a type of government dominated by the labour and solidarities similar to communist beliefs. It refers to a society ruled by the working class.[1] The term was coined by Eden and Cedar Paul in their book Creative Revolution: A Study of Communist Ergatocracy.[2][3]
